Otter ignores humans as it hunts on quayside

A plucky otter has been spotted fishing on a quayside, bravely trotting past humans in between hunting for its breakfast.

It was filmed at Mudeford Quay near Christchurch, Dorset, by Robert Griffiths who saw it eating a fish on the quay wall.

He said: "It continued hunting where it came out onto the path with a crab where I filmed it.

"I'm a part-time fisherman at Mudeford and have seen otters a few times but not as friendly as this - it was a joy to see."
