A digger has been used to reprofile the shingle bank

The shingle bank on Belle Greve Bay is being reprofiled after parts of the bank that protects the coastline moved during storms.

The States of Guernsey said following the recent storm activity some of the earth bank had been exposed and needed to be protected.

At the time it was declared a major incident by the States of Guernsey.
