Five new sculptures unveiled for 2025 GoGo trail

A charity has unveiled five new animal sculpture designs for its 2025 Summer GoGo Safari trail.

Break, based in Norfolk, unveiled the statues on Thursday, which will be worked on by artists before being scattered across the county.

The sculpture trails debuted in 2013, and have seen gorillas, hares, dinosaurs and cows in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire.

The Zoological Society of East Anglia, which is supporting the trail, said: "Participating in the trail will help us shine a spotlight on our vital conservation work."

Break works across East Anglia with children and young people who are either in or have left care, to provide opportunities to help them on their way to independence.

Since 2013, there have been 284 sculptures and the group says it has raised more than £1.4m.

In September 2022, the charity auctioned off 60 dinosaur and mammoth sculptures which had been placed across Norfolk, and raised £427,000.

The five sculptures for 2025 include lions, gorillas, giraffes, elephants and rhinos.
