Sports facility reopens after storm damage closure

A sports facility in Jersey has reopened after temporarily closing due to storm damage.

Les Quennevais Sports Centre was closed following damage to panels on its roof on Monday.

The centre confirmed an inspection of the roof had taken place, and it had been "given the all clear" to reopen from 15:00 GMT on Wednesday.

It said its pool would remained closed until Thursday.
