An 85-year-old woman is to appear in court over a crash that killed a mobility scooter rider in Grantham.

Lincolnshire Police has been investigating a collision on Broad Street on 14 August last year, which led to the death of a 61-year-old man.

Ann Fletcher, of Hallfield Crescent, Honington, is accused of causing death by careless driving.

She is due to appear at Lincoln Magistrates' Court on 9 October.
