Officers found 140 cannabis plants across three rooms in a Dogsthorpe house

A woman has been arrested after police uncovered a drugs factory in Peterborough.

On Thursday, Cambridgeshire Police officers found 140 cannabis plants inside a house on Willow Road in Dogsthorpe, alongside equipment and cash.

The woman, in her 30s, was arrested on suspicion of the cultivation and production of cannabis.

She has been bailed pending further investigation.
