Violent disorder charges over anti-migrant protest
PA MediaTwo men have been charged with violent disorder following an anti-migrant demonstration in Portsmouth.
A large crowd of protesters gathered near Eastney Marina after a boat carrying about 120 migrants was brought ashore after crossing the Channel at nearby Eastney Beach on 6 September.
Hampshire Police said Bradley Pinnock, of Hayling Island, had been charged with one count of violent disorder.
Deano Ryan, 22, of All Saints Road in Portsmouth, was also charged with violent disorder
Pinnock was due to appear at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court.
Ryan was remanded in custody due to appear at the same court on Friday.
Two other men - Justin Dixon, 50, from Havant and Del Somerville, 42, from Paulsgrove, have previously admitted charges of violent disorder in connection with the protests at Eastney and are awaiting sentencing.
