Police are appealing for information about a camper van after a man died in a crash on Monday afternoon.

Sussex Police were called to Blackman Avenue near the junction of Larkfield Close in St Leonards at about 13:50 GMT, after the crash between a camper van and a motorbike.

One man was treated by paramedics, but he was declared dead at the scene. His next of kin have been informed, a police spokesperson said.

A 73-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and has since has been bailed whilst enquiries continue, police confirmed.

Police have released an image of a camper van saying they would like to speak to anyone with information or footage of its movements in Blackman Avenue or in the surrounding area.
