A village on the Cornwall and Devon border has been lit up, one day at a time, for Christmas.

Calstock's Advent windows have seen a new festively decorated window light up each day at 17:00 GMT during December as part of a trail.

Themes featured ranged from the Do You Know How Much I Love You books to The Grinch, and each also features a hidden pottery pasty made by children at the local primary school, organisers said.

Fleur Lagunowitsch-Cousins said she and her husband first organised the window trail in 2023 during the Covid-19 lockdown "when everyone was a bit sad there was nothing to do".
