Teacher struck off over 'granny' OnlyFans content
Getty ImagesA supply teacher has been struck off for making sexually explicit online content, according to a report.
Lyndi Corston, 61, appeared on porn websites as a "granny schoolteacher" while she worked at Rye Community Primary School in East Sussex, the Teaching Regulations Agency said.
The report said she also had an OnlyFans account where she showed herself naked.
Corston apologised for her actions and admitted they were "unacceptable", the report said.
The early years teacher had an "otherwise unblemished career" and did not make content during teaching, it added.
"Children were not directly impacted," the report said.
A spokesperson for the primary school said it had taken "immediate and appropriate action".
"We referred the matter to the relevant agencies, and fully followed the advice and recommendations provided throughout," they added.
"We remain committed to maintaining high standards for professional conduct for the benefit of our school community."
Limited evidence
Concerns about Corston were raised in September 2024 when a colleague at the school saw an OnlyFans notification on her phone.
She declared that she had an account, which involved nudity but not sexual acts, the report said.
It was also not in her personal name.
Corston - who regularly worked at the school on an agency basis from November 2022 - closed the account when asked.
The Teaching Regulations Agency said she had initially alluded to the right to a private life, though later accepted her behaviour was wrong.
In January 2025, the agency she worked for, Engage Education, was notified that she had been identified on a pornographic website engaging in sexual activity.
GoogleThe report said there was "limited, first-hand direct" evidence in relation to the allegations, including no images or recordings.
"Whilst there is reference to certain individuals having viewed them, the precise circumstances were vague and unclear," it added.
But it added that Corston had "consistently and unequivocally accepted her actions".
She also signed a statement of agreed facts.
'Actions were voluntary'
The report said that Corston held responsibility as a teacher and the public rightly expected her to set a "good example".
It added that pupils could have potentially been "exposed to, or influenced by" her behaviour in a "harmful way".
"There was no evidence she was coerced and her actions were voluntary," it added.
She has been banned from teaching, although the ban can be reviewed in 2028.
Corston and Engage Education have been approached for comment.
