Pedestrian, 91, dies in hospital after car crash
BBCA 91-year-old pedestrian has died after a crash in Kilmarnock.
Police Scotland said the incident, which happened on the town's Green Street at about 10:25 on Monday, involved a grey Toyota C-HR GR Sport.
The man, who has not been named, was taken to University Hospital Crosshouse where he later died.
A force spokesperson said inquiries were ongoing and urged anyone with information or dash cam footage to get in touch.
Sgt Brian Simpson said: "Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the man who has died."
