Dog attacked by loose labradors at school gates
GooglePolice are trying to trace the owners of three labradors that were off their leads and attacked a dog near a primary school in Derbyshire.
A dog was left with puncture wounds to its jaw after the attack outside Newhall Community Junior School in Chesterfield Avenue at about 09:00 GMT on Friday 12 December.
The owners of the three labradors left the scene "in a hurry", according to Derbyshire Police.
They want to trace a stocky white man in his 30s with a ginger beard and receding ginger hair, and a medium-built white woman in her early 30s with shoulder-length brown hair.
The woman was wearing a baby carrier on her front, police said.
One of the dogs was black, one dark brown, and the third light brown.
Investigating officer, PC Shaun Murray, said: "Any dog owners would understand the anguish and immediate concerns if their respective dog was attacked.
"The owner of those labradors makes no attempt to stay present but instead walks away without even apologising or checking to see the extent of the injury that may have been caused."
