Three people are in hospital with serious injuries following disorder in Holton-le-Clay, police have said.

Lincolnshire Police said it was called just before 22:30 BST on Friday to reports of several assaults, and reports of a car being set upon in Pinfold Gardens as well as general disorder in the surrounding areas.

Officers said an investigation was ongoing to identify those involved.

The police asked for people to avoid speculation around the incident in an attempt to stop the circulation of misinformation, which they said was unhelpful both to the investigation and those involved.

The force appealed for people who live in Pinfold Lane, Silver Street, Campions Close and Pinfold Gardens to check if any security footage has captured anything that could help the investigation.
