Six men guilty of sexually abusing teenage girl
Adam Laver/BBCSix men have been convicted of sexually abusing a teenage girl two decades ago in West Yorkshire.
Mohammed Adnan, Mohammed Shebhan, Amzar Ali, Naveed Anjum, Imran Hussain, Adal Manaf were all found guilty at Bradford Crown Court of offences against the victim, carried out between May 2006 and May 2009.
The offences took place in the Calderdale area when the victim was aged between 13 and 15.
A seventh defendant, 35-year-old Khalid Kamran, was found not guilty of one count of rape, while jurors were unable to reach a verdict of on a charge of rape against Mohammed Mahmood, 40, following the trial.
Adnan, 44, of Stirling Street, Halifax, was found guilty of one count of sexual assault.
Shebhan, 41, of Wyvern Place, Halifax, was found guilty of two counts of rape.
Ali, 53, of Longroad Place, Huddersfield, was found guilty of two counts of sexual activitity with a child.
Anjum, 39, of Kings Cross Road, Halifax, was found guilty of one charge of sexual activity with a child.
Hussain, 50, of Parkinson Lane, Halifax, was found guilty of one charge of attempted rape.
Manaf, 48, of Cavendish Terrace, Halifax, was found guilty of one count of rape.
The guilty men will be sentenced at the same court on 22 May.
Mahmood will be tried again on 1 February 2027 for the same charge, West Yorkshire Police said.
