Three stabbings in one night in same town
PA MediaThree men were stabbed in the same town in less than two hours on the same night, police have said.
Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said the men were attacked in Chadderton, Oldham, on Thursday evening.
None of the injuries were life threatening and two arrests have been made.
Police were granted extra stop-and-search powers under a Section 60 order until Saturday evening after the separate attacks.
A 21-year-old man was stabbed in the leg and head in a car park at a retail park in Chadderton Way just before 19:30 GMT, the force said.
In the Butler Green area of Chadderton, a 26-year-old man was attacked just before 18:00.
And in the third attack, another man was stabbed on Featherstall Road North, Oldham, at 19:30.
