Trial date set for man accused of threats to kill MP
Cat SmithA trial date has been set for a man accused of threatening to kill Lancaster and Wyre MP Cat Smith.
Khaldoun Jayousi, 68, of Lancaster, appeared at Preston Crown Court on Monday for a pre-trial hearing.
He pleaded not guilty to one count of making threats to kill and was given unconditional bail.
He is due to appear at the same court for trial on 14 December.
