Black smoke could be seen rising above the fire in Highbridge

An industrial building has been evacuated following a large fire.

Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service said crews are dealing with a fire at a unit on Bristol Road in Highbridge, Somerset.

A spokesman said the building was "well alight" and seven appliances and an aerial ladder platform were sent to the scene.

There are no reports of any injuries. Two appliances from Avon Fire and Rescue Service have also been sent to support firefighters at the scene.
