North Devon Council (NDC) has launched a consultation for residents and businesses in Ilfracombe to give their views on the plans.

The consultation will close at 12:00 BST on 8 July.
North Devon CouncilThe council said the new PSPO would cover Wildersmouth beach, Harbour beach and Cheyne beach.
The PSPO aimed to prevent street drinking, drug use, public urination and aggressive begging, the council said.
