Plans to build more than 100 homes in village
GoogleUp to 130 homes could be built in a Lincolnshire village after plans were submitted to the council.
An application has been sent to East Lindsey District Council (ELDC) by Abbey Farming for land off Tattershall Road, Woodhall Spa.
The proposal includes 52 affordable homes, as well as a play area and access to the site via a new junction from Tattershall Road.
A footpath would be built to the west of the site and electric vehicle (EV) charging points installed at all properties.
TPS Transport Consultants has been hired to develop a travel plan for the development, according to the Local Democracy Reporting Service.
A report states that residents will be able to reach towns such as Boston and Lincoln by public transport, which would "open up opportunities for trips by sustainable transport within the wider surrounding area".
The applicant has also proposed installing cycle storage units.
