The council said it was proud of its Ofsted inspection

A council's children's services have been given another glowing review by Ofsted inspectors who rated them outstanding following a recent inspection.

Bracknell Forest Council's staff were found to have "unwavering dedication" to the services and they work closely and effectively with partner organisations, Ofsted said.

It found the council's leaders recognised that investment was needed, especially because of increasing demand, and that it had a positive culture where children and young people shape the way services are run.

Grainne Siggins, executive director for people, said: "We are incredibly proud that Bracknell Forest's children's services have been rated as outstanding again."

She said: "This is testament to the ongoing hard work and dedication of each member of the team in providing the best possible service to help improve the lives of children, young people and families in the borough.

"The council will continue to give children the best possible start in life and support them into adulthood."

Ofsted had previously rated the council's children's services as outstanding in 2022.

"Our teams work tirelessly to make sure our youngest residents, and their families, receive the care and support they need to thrive," Roy Bailey, cabinet member for children and young people, said.

"I would like to congratulate each member of the team for their commitment to the futures of our young people and the well-deserved recognition received in this report."
