Don Broco 'receive apology' over sex misconduct claims
Getty ImagesDon Broco say claims of sexual misconduct made against frontman Rob Damiani have been "publicly retracted".
On Twitter, the band issued a statement saying "an unreserved apology" had been issued, which they have accepted.
Rob had strongly the denied the allegations which were doing the rounds on social media earlier this month.
The band said: "We would like to draw a line under this whole matter so we can all move on."
The statement also said the person who had made the apology had received abuse which was "totally unacceptable".
The band appealed to fans not to "intimidate anyone in their name".
They said: "We ask everyone to respect that this apology has been accepted and we consider the matter closed."
