The stars sending love after Spanish terror attacks

Jennifer Lopez, David Beckham and Luis Fonsi are among celebrities paying tribute to the victims of the terror attack in Barcelona.

JLo said she's sending "much love and peace to the great city of Barcelona and all its beautiful people".

Thirteen people were killed and more than 100 injured when a van was driven into pedestrians on Las Ramblas on Thursday.

So-called Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the attack.

A second vehicle attack took place early on Friday.

Five suspected terrorists were shot dead in the town of Cambrils, 110km (68 miles) south-west of Barcelona.

Despacito singer Luis Fonsi also sent his support.

Daddy Yankee said the "beautiful people from Barcelona, are in our prayers. Love and resilience in the face of adversity".

Penelope Cruz posted a picture of a black ribbon - a traditional sign of mourning.

Antonio Banderas said he was locked in an "abrazo" - a hug - with the people of Barcelona.

David Beckham, who played for Spanish club Real Madrid from 2003 to 2007, has also sent his support to a "special city".

Current Real Madrid footballer Gareth Bale says he is thinking of all those close to the attacks.

Madonna posted a video of herself praying for the city.

Dua Lipa says the city is in her her heart.

And Demi Lovato sent her "thoughts and prayers".
