Man arrested at Heathrow charged with murder after man hit by car
ReutersA 33-year-old man arrested at Heathrow Airport after a man was hit by a car in London has been charged with murder.
Met Police officers were called to reports of a crash between a car and pedestrian in Barking Road in Newham, east London, at 05:11 GMT on Sunday.
Fergany Mvuezolo, 35, was found injured at the scene and later died.
Trevelle Rowland, from Islington in north London, is due to appear at Thames Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.
Mr Mvuezolo's family have been informed and are being supported by officers.
A 30-year-old woman who was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender has been released on bail.
