Part of Norwich city centre was cordoned off when the device was found

A third man has been arrested on suspicion of stalking following the discovery of a tracking device underneath a car in Norwich.

Part of the city centre was cordoned off following reports a suspicious object had been found under the vehicle on Bank Plain in September last year.

Norfolk Police said the man in his 50s was questioned then bailed following his arrest on 19 December.

Two other men, one in his 30s and one in his 50s, have also been bailed until 10 March.

The owner of the vehicle, Besnik Ademaj, said the incident had left him 'terrified'

The vehicle belonged to businessman Besnik Ademaj, who lives in Norwich.

An Army bomb disposal team was called to deal with the device, which was subsequently identified as a tracker.

The road in the city centre was closed until the next day.
