Storm Amy sees more than 1,000 homes without power

SP Electricity North West said it was working to restore power to properties across Cumbria after "a very blustery night".
The network has been impacted by damaged overhead lines, with most of the affected properties in the Penrith area.
Jonny Morgan, from SP Electricity North West, said it was hoped all faults reported would be restored by 20:00 BST.
"We've got our teams out, we've got all of our resources available deployed now this morning and we're doing our best to get people back on as quickly as we can," Mr Morgan said.
He added teams from Lancashire and Greater Manchester had been sent to Cumbria to help with restoration efforts.

On Friday evening, the River Duddon spilled on to the A595 north of Millom causing difficult conditions for vehicles on one of the few major roads in the area.
Storm Amy has brought heavy rain and wind speeds of up to 100mph (160kph) in some parts of the UK.
