Driver denies causing teenage cyclist's death

Martin Giles/BBCA man has denied causing the death of a teenage cyclist by dangerous driving.
Alfie Brown, 13, died at the scene of a collision in Swafield, near North Walsham in Norfolk, in August 2023.
At Norwich Crown Court, James Durham, 54, of Mundesley, also denied the lesser charge of causing Alfie's death by careless driving.
His trial is scheduled for 23 November 2026.
Family pictureAlfie's mum Rebecca Bauchamp has previously spoken of her pain after her son's death.
She said her son was a "talented artist" who loved to draw comic strips and design characters.
Mr Durham, who was driving a white Ford Ranger truck, was arrested on the same day of the accident.
