Demand growing for finance courses, says charity
PAThere is more demand for financial literacy programmes in Guernsey, a charity has said.
Guernsey Community Savings was set up in 2020 to help people who might be financially excluded from accessing banking.
It now also helps young people manage their money through several courses.
Chair Peter Neville said its financial literacy programme had "a great need".
He said: "There's more and more demand for the financial literacy piece, which is where we find there is a great need."
Mr Neville said he wanted to set up more courses to support islanders in the future.
