Pedestrians hurt in serious Tesco car park crash
GoogleTwo women have been injured after being hit by a car outside a Tesco supermarket in Whitchurch.
A woman in her 60s suffered serious injuries in the collision and was taken to the Royal Stoke University Hospital. The other pedestrian, who was in her 30s, sustained a broken foot.
West Mercia Police said the incident took place in the Tesco car park at about 16:30 GMT on Saturday.
A man in his 70s, who was driving the blue MG ZS, sustained minor injuries. Two other parked cars were damaged. The force is appealing for witnesses who saw it, or have dashcam footage of the incident.
