Couple's home is decorated for charity once more
BBCA couple who have raised more than £10,000 by decorating their home for Christmas have done so once again.
Mark and Dora Greenhouse, from Hereford, began regularly decorating their house for the festive season in 2020 following the death of Ms Greenhouse's sister Eve in 2019.
The couple wanted to raise funds for St Michael's Hospice, where Eve spent her final days. "St Michael's is an amazing place who cares for the whole family when you really need them, and relies on fundraising to help them with the cost of running the hospice," Ms Greenhouse said.
They said it takes seven days to get all the lights up but was worth it for the thousands of visitors.

Last year was their most successful as they raised £3,669.
"We started on Saturday and we got it ready for the following Saturday, so it takes us seven days to complete," Mr Greenhouse said.
"We have thousands come [and visit], yeah thousands, absolutely thousands. It's hard to put a number on it."
"The hospice's multi-disciplinary team includes doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, complementary therapists, social workers, chaplains and counsellors," Ms Greenhouse added.
"These specialist hospice staff work together and often in partnership with the NHS to relieve patients' symptoms, control their pain and help them to live well until the end of life."
