A man has denied causing the death of a motorcyclist who was killed in a crash.

John Carter, 71, died after his motorbike and a lorry crashed on the A446 in Hams Hall, Warwickshire, on 5 September.

The family of Mr Carter, who lived in Birmingham, said they were "devastated" by his death and he would be missed by everyone who knew him.
