The former Highland Theological College building in Dingwall has been put up for sale for offers over £295,000.

The Grade B listed stone building is located at the eastern end of the town's High Street. Once a bank, the original structure dates back to about 1835.

The sale includes the main building and a two-storey extension at the back. The property has been advertised as a redevelopment opportunity.

The college, which is part of the University of the Highlands and Islands, said it was relocating to Inverness after more than 30 years in the Ross-shire town.
