Extra: Altrincham FC captain Nat Lowe on their FA Cup journey

Ahead of the third round of the Women's FA Cup, Senior Women's Football reporter Emma Sanders met up with Nat Lowe, captain of Altrincham FC, the lowest-ranked side left in the competition who play York City Ladies on Sunday 14th December.

Nat is a former professional golfer who quit football due to the lack of opportunities when she was a teenager. She tells Emma all about her fascinating journey back to playing football, her favourite golf courses and what it means to make it to this stage of the competition.
