Karis Thomas

16-year-old Karis is a full-time mum to her baby Lara-Grace, and although she lives in The Valleys on her own, she’s ready to get her career off the ground! Before she was born, her mum was in a car accident that left her wheelchair-bound. This made Karis independent from an early age, which has made her see life differently, as she’s had to grow up quicker and appreciates life a lot more. Good on you Karis!

Weirdest food you have ever eaten: ‘Melted chocolate on a pizza.”

Most embarrassing moment: “I put my hand up in class to answer a question and burped the answer out!”
