Brooklyn works part-time in Amy Childs’ shop and salon in Brentwood… ‘Shut uuuuuup!’ We are ‘well jell’!!! She first started performing around Essex with a performance group from the age of 13, but Brooklyn quit her musical theatre course at college because she wanted to pursue her own style, which combines rap, singing and dancing. So two years ago she started rapping and singing along to Nicki Minaj on the radio, and has been developing her musical style and expanding her influences ever since. You go girl!

If you could invent any musical gadget, what would it be and why? “A little microchip that’s inserted into your brain. When you want to put music on, you press your nose to skip the song. To go back one, you pull on each ear. No one else can hear it.”

What did you want to be when you were little? “A Disney princess”

Phobias: “When I dangle my feet off the bed, I get scared that something will grab them.”

Best prank you have pulled on your friends or family? “I put a raw egg in my cousin’s hot chocolate and she didn’t even notice.”

Most embarrassing moment: “Jumping in the pool in Turkey and my bikini top falling down.”

How many marshmallows can you fit in your mouth and still sing? “I need to try this!”
