Claudia Rose

Claudia is an only child, but from a very large supportive family. Her aunt tells everyone she is her manager (even though she’s not, haha). Her mentor, Mary Hegarty, is Cork’s first soprano. She is Claudia’s singing teacher and like part of the family, and Claudia tells her everything. Mary was the woman who spotted Claudia’s talent at a young age and encouraged her to sing classically. Claudia was once in a girl band that won ‘Cork’s Got Talent’. She is obsessed with penguins and her room is full of them - she has names for all of them!

What did you want to be when you were little? “An accountant. Yes I know, how random!”

Proudest moment: “I received an award from the Russian and Ukrainian ambassador and also, singing for the Queen.”
