Trijntje Oosterhuis was born in 1973 into a creative and musical family. Along with her brother Tjeerd, (who also has written several songs for the Song Contest) Trijntje formed the band Total Touch, who enjoyed success in the Netherlands and abroad.
Trijntje excels in various musical genres, from Jazz to Soul and has shared the stage with big names in music, including Andrea Bocelli, Herbie Hancock, Khaled and Lionel Richie. She has also worked with the famous American songwriter Burt Bacharach.
