Writers: Linnea Deb, Joy Deb, Anton Malmberg Hård af Segerstad
Måns Zelmerlöw masterminded one of the most memorable moments in the history of Swedish selection show - Melodifestivalen - with his performance of the uplifting ‘Heroes’. The visual spectacular took everyone by surprise and gave him victory in the contest on his third attempt.
The story is about when I was a kid, having difficulties getting friends. There was this one guy who helped me outMåns Zelmerlöw
Måns is a versatile artist who has won Swedish TV show, Let’s Dance, played lead roles in Grease and Romeo and Juliet and turned his hand at TV presenting, all whilst holding down a career as a successful composer and recording artist.
‘Heroes’ is an example of what he hopes to achieve with his next album which will be out later this year – a mix of organic musicianship with an electronic influence and a touch of the personality that helped him become so successful in the first place.
