Michał Szpak is Poland’s choice for the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest. In the national final he beat Edyta Górniak who came second for Poland in the 1994 competition. Michal, 25, reached the final of Poland’s X Factor in 2011, performing live with British winner Alexandra Burke and coming second.
