Born Jamie-Lee Kriewitz in Hanover, her musical talents were honed early on joining a gospel choir at the age of twelve. But it was winning The Voice of Germany in December 2015 that brought her to the attention of the public and kicked off her Eurovision journey.

Jamie-Lee also is heavily influenced by South Korean K-pop and a massive fan of the Japanese Decora kei fashion, which she represents in her sartorial choices saying, “I don’t think that there has been an artist with a similar style at the Eurovision Song Contest, yet. I believe it is the whole package that convinced the public to choose me.”
Her track ‘Ghost’ was written by Anna Leyne, Conrad Hensel and DJ Thomilla and produced by Hensel and Thomilla.
