Hole 14 at Royal Troon
Alton, 178 yards, par three

Ken Brown
By Ken Brown
BBC TV golf commentator

The prevailing wind blows into your face from the left, making left-sided pins difficult to get at, especially with the bunker hugging the left fringe.

It plays anything from a seven-iron to a three-iron and if you can find the green you're never far away.

But if you become too tempted to work the ball into the flag you'll more often than not find a bunker.

Named after the Fullarton estate to the north of the railway.
