"In England, Radio 4 has been my constant companion for 25 years. Through its programmes I travelled the world painting exotic places and people, dreaming of one day meeting them for real. Today, with much inspiration from Radio 4 my dreams have come true, for I find myself travelling and painting in China. Listening online to Radio 4 I'm reminded of England and home but even now the radio beckons me to other far-flung places. I dream one day of dancing tango in Argentina. With inspiration from Radio 4 I paint my dreams so they will, one day come true!"
