Summary

Humpback Whales migrate thousands of miles to their feeding grounds each summer. Our reporter, Joe Stevens, has returned from Alaska where he witnessed Humpbacks bubble netting. Having avoided the fishermen's nets and predators such as Brown Bears, Alaska's Salmon are now reaching the end of their annual migration. Finally, the Bar-tailed Godwits, have come to the end of their breeding season and are now feeding up for the 12,000 km non-stop flight from Alaska to New Zealand.
