Firji wata na'ura ce da aka samar domin taimakawa wajen sanyayya abubuwa musamman ruwa da nau'ikan lemon kwalba da na roba.
To sai dai mutane kan yi amfani da shi wajen ajiye abinci da sauran abubuwan amfani domin kare su daga lalacewa.
Abubuwan da aka fi ajiyewa a firjin sun haɗ da dafaffen abincin da ba a fara ci ba, ko wanda aka ci aka rage, ko miya da nama dafaffe ko ɗanye, da sauran abubuwan amfani kamar su kayan miya domin kare su daga saurin lalacewa.

Rasa ɗanɗano
Abincin da aka adana firji ka iya rasa ɗanɗanon da yake da shi na asali, idan aka rasa ɗanɗanon abinci na zahiri ba lallai ba ne ma a iya cin sa, kamar yadda likitan ya yi bayani.
Ya ce ɗanɗanon abinci shi ke sa a gane wane irin abinci ne ake amfani da shi.
''Idan aka rasa ɗanɗanon abinci na zahiri ba lallai ba ne ma a iya cinsa'', in ji likitan.
Asarar sinadaran da ke cikin abincin
Likitan abincin ya ce abincin da aka adana a firji kan rasa wasu sinadaran da yake ƙunshe da shi, waɗanda za su taimaka wa lafiyar jiki.
Ya ce rashin waɗannan sinadaran a cikin abinci ne ke haifar da bin da ya kira 'ɓoyayyiyar yunwa'
Akwai sinadaran Vitamins da ke saurin gushewa, idan sanyi ko zafi suka yi musu yawa, to za su iya lalacewa.
''Sinadaran Vitamin C, ko Vitamin B, dukkansu sukan iya lalacewa idan aka sanya su cikin firji suka kuma daɗe a ciki'', in ji likitan.
Dakta Auwal ya kuma ƙara da cewa rashin waɗannan sinadaran a jikin ɗan'adam ka iya haifar masa da illoli na rashin lafiya, sakamakon ƙarancin sinadaran a cikin abincin da muke ci.
''Waɗannan sinadarai su ke taimaka wa garkuwar jiki, wajen yaƙi da cututtuk. Don haka rashinsu ka iya haddasa kamuwa da cututtuka masu yawa'', in ji shi.
Karuwar ƙiba
Cin abincin da aka adana a firji kan haifar da ƙaruwar ƙiba ga mutane, kamar yadda likitan abincin ya yi bayani.
Ya ƙara da cewa idan aka sanya abinci a firji ya kuma daɗe to, kitse ko maikon da ke jikin abincin zai taru ta yadda ko an sake sarrafa shi ba lallai ba ne duka maiƙo ko kitsen ya ƙone ba.
"Kuma mun sani cewa idan ƙiba ta yi yawa takan janyo teɓa, wadda kuma zai haifar da tarin cutuka masu yawa'', in ji shi.
Hawan jini/Ciwon zuciya
Dakta Auwal Musa Umar ya ce adana abinci a firji, kan sanya a samu ƙarin gishiri a cikin abincin, fiye da ainihin gishirin da ke cikin abincin.
''Sanyin firjin ka iya tattara gishirin da ke cikin abincin ya kuma ƙara masa yawa, saboda ƙanƙarar da ke cikin firjin'', in ji likitan abincin.
"Akan kamu da cututtuka masu yawa sakamaƙon ƙiba ko teɓa da ake samu sakamakon cin abincin da maiƙonsa ya daskare a cikin firji'', in ji shi.
Ya ce baya ga ciwon zuciya akwai cutar ciwon suga ko ciwon zuciya, ko ciwon koda, duk ana ɗaukarsu sakamakon yawaitar ƙiba.
''Ajiye abinci a firji kan sanya daskarewar gishirin da ke cikin abincin, wanda kuma hakan ke haifar da irin waɗannan abincin'', in ji shi.
Abincin da ya kamata a ajiye a Firji.
Dakta Auwal Musa Umar ya ce abubuwan amfani da ya kamata a ajiye a firji su ne kamar ruwan sha, ko nau'ikan lemuka.
''Saboda su ba su fiye lalacewa ba, don haka idan an ajiye a firji, hakan ba shi da watan illa ga rayuwar ɗan'adam''.
Abincin da bai kamata a adana a firji ba
Likitan abincin ya ce duk wani abinci da ke iya saurin lalacewa to bai kamata ba a ajiye su a cikin firji.
''Duk abincin da aka gama sarrafa shi, wato ma'ana an gama dafa shi, ko zai iya lalacewa, kamar daffafen nama ko ganyayyaki, shakka babu idan aka ajiye a firji zai iya lalatata ɗanɗano, ko sinadaran da ke cikin abincin'', in ji Dakta Auwal.
Haka kuma ya ce kayan marmari, su ma idan suka jima a cikin firji, suna iya rasa sinadaran vitamins da suke ɗauke da shi.
Wasu hanyoyin taskance abinci
Likitan ya ce baya da firji a kwai hanyoyin da ake bi wajen adana abinci don kace wa lalacewarsa.
Ya ce ana adana abinci ta hanyar turarawa, domin kuwa a cewarsa bincike ya nuna cewa abinci da aka turara zai iya kai wa sa'o'i 48 ba tare da ya lalace ba.
Haka kuma ya ce abincin da aka soya zai iya kai wa kwana huɗu ba tare da ya lalace ba.
''Matuƙar ba ka bar laima ba cikin abincin, to zai iya kai wa kwana huɗu ba tare da wani abu ya lalalat shi ba'', in ji likitan abincin.

''Idan kuma aka fito da shi ya rage sanyin, akwai barazanar cewa wata ƙwayar cuta za ta iya kama shi, saboda raguwar sanyi''.
Ya ci gaba da cewa ''to idan kuma zo ɗumama shi, nan ma akwai adadin zafin da ake buƙata abincin ya samu wanda zai iya kashe ƙwayoyin cutar ta yadda ba zai iya cutar da ɗan'adam''.
