"Henry IV na Faransa ya kasance yana yawan amfani da tafarnuwa, wannan ya sa ta ƙara samun karɓuwa," in ji Cherry, sannan ta ƙara da cewa a ƙarni na 19 ta ƙara samun karɓuwa sosai a Ingila.
"Ana yi wa masu amfani da tafarnuwa dariya ne a baya. A kan cewa Yahudawa da ƴan Italiya ko ƴan Koriya masu cin tafarnuwa," in ji Robin Cherry.
Amfani da tafarnuwa a matsayin magani

Wani bincike da aka yi a Iran ya gano cewa tafarnuwa da lemu na rage sinadarin maiƙon cholesteron, duk da wani bincike da aka yi a Jami'ar Stanford University da aka gwada mutum 200 ya gano har yanzu babu cikakken sakamako mai kyau da ke nuna tana maganin sosai.

A wani bincike da aka yi a 2014 a Jami'ar Sydney da ke Australia, an tabbatar tafarnuwa na ɗauke da sinadaran da ke maganin cututtuka da dama.
