My blogging pitch has been well and truly queered today! I was primed and ready to go this morning, but no blog was forthcoming, then I had stuff to do, and we have a meeting in half an hour, so no time to stay and play :(



I ended up tweeting my oldie suggestions, which (of course) included the Simple Minds one, and the Michael McDonald one...In fact, I think the only one I suggested that no-one else has was 'Your Song' Elton John, for the lyrics about forgetting.



Well done on winning the limerick competition Alan :)



On the Surstromming fishiness... I had heard of it before the show last night, as I am a big fan of the actor Alexander Skarsgard (who is Swedish) and he has mentioned it before in interviews, he loves it!
