Good morning everyone.



Many thanks for all the good wishes. Although I was working both Saturday and Sunday, Mrs Snapper put together a birthday tea which included trifle and cake - my first birthday party for 48 years.



Congratulations to Mr & Mrs Mayo. Twenty-five years is some achievement.



Personally, I've managed 33 but that's only because me and the first Mrs Snapper decided to live apart in 1989. Having 300miles between us for most of the years since then has certainly made for a more peaceful time. We're currently going through all the legal stuff to draw a line under it all and next year may well see me embarking on a little digamy if the current co-habitant will make an honest man of me :-)
