(I got soaked at running club last night but it was great fun - we did a hash run - someone laid a trail which we had to follow but some directions led to a dead-end so we had to double back and try to work out which trail to follow - great fun and v sociable.)

Got a bit bored with Dragons Den I'm afraid, so it doesn't go on a Series Link any more, which means I'm unlikely to see much of it if any. BBC Trust had it right about the lack of originality on the mainstream channels I think, although I am enjoying "Silence" on BBC 1 at the moment, at least until the force us to dive for the remote at the end of the episode to avoid the insulting spoilers they insist on showing before the credits on any drame programme these days.



I'd love Simon to get someone from high up in the BBC on to talk about the history of trailers in the 5:15 slot, and get them to justify the current spoiler tactics. We viewers can't get anywhere complaining about stuff like this, they just feed us back the line that viewers like knowing what's coming up in the next episode. Male cow's excrement in my opinion. What's the point of seeing a character in a jam at the end of the episode of the spoiler shows past that jam in the next episode. It's so stupid it's insulting.
