What is your house made of?
Hi I am James from Taiwan (Yilan County),
December, 4th (Friday) Time Zone= GMT (UTC) +8, Humidity: 53%
Weather :18-26 °C (cloudy), Coordination= 24°45'23.47"N, 121°45'54.41"E
The houses in Taiwan are usually made of concrete; the whole of Taiwan looks like a concrete jungle. What is your house made of? Personally, I like wood-made house rather than concrete-made house. However, it is a pie-in-the-sky to me. A detached house is rare and expensive. A detached wood-made house costs a huge fortune which is beyond my imagination.
(Photo= there is the one which is my concrete-made semi-detached house.)

The world is usually not quite the same.
Best wishes

such houses like that in pic are usually very expensive in most of big cities in china mainland, and if you live in cities, concrete buildings will no doublt be what you have to sleep in, lol.
Hi James! Wow! Your semi-detached house is very nice. It is neat and tidy, I like it. You know, I live in a village where everyone has a detached house, usually made from bricks. However, eco- friendly houses and low energy houses has started to very popular here, which is a good thing. Looking forward to your next entry. Have a nice weekend!
Wow! James these houses are beautiful. If one has such a beautiful house to live what else one wants. Have a great week!
James's reply: (1) Frank, I live a small township with 95000 population. My house is in a internediate cost level in my hometown. (2) Anita, yes, I know you live a village where everyone has a detached house, and your village is wonderful as I saw it on the Google-earth map. Nowadays, energy-saving is the most important issue in the world, a house no matter is brick-made, concrete-made, wood-made, or other material made, low energy of a house is always a top priority. Your business, lighting, is an energy-saving thing, it's good for the world. Wish you luck and Merry Christmas and happy new year, James.
Hi James, It´s nice writing in your entry! I live in a semi-detached house made of bricks just like almost the entire population of my town. Detached house are only seen at the richest neighbourhood and let me tell you that they´re a dream! Big green spaces surrounding the house, wow! Amazing... Regarding wood-made houses,I think that the building of them have made popular during the past ten years here. Mainly in the coast, where renting one of them for your holidays is highly expensive. I really enjoyed giving my oinion here. See you my friend! Darío.-
Hi, James! The house in your photo seems to be very solid. But i think of concrete houses not as good as those which are proportionately made to a larger extent out of other materials. These fit fast and effectively to the climate changes. But on the other hand you will have to redecorate these oftens in compare to the others. Let me say, your photos are enthusiastic ones. One could be dreaming of having such a modern house. I'm bit envious of you...and i would like you to solve a puzzle. Attention please:„...as i came in front of a restaurant, i felt so hungry that i went into it. It is a spaghetti restaurant and all my order is sort of „Can i have a medium size of spaghetti please?“ thing. In the spur of the moment there comes the waiter and puts a scissors with a plate of spaghetti in front of me...Can you guess where i've been?
Hi James, Your house is very nice. My house has been builded. I spend a lot of money for it. I hope it will be nice. In my city, most of houses are made of concrete. It is cheaper and you can build many floors. Have a snny day.
Hello James! My house is made of concrete. A few people have recently built a wooden house. The goverment support this kind of investment by releasing tax relief. Cheers!

James' replies:(1)Dario(Argentina), How have you been, my old friendms, nice to have your coment.(2)Rajesh(Germany), You have a right point, no matter wood-made or concrete-made or other material, it is a better way to suit the measure to local conditions. As the puzzle that you offered, I have not figured out yet, i'll tell you the answer if I find out on this December. And, it is an innovation of you to put a puzzle in the comment, it is an interaction between blogger and commentator, you deserve a Nobel Award. (3)Thuan(Vietnam), how do you do? We are the same who live in a concrete-made house, Congrats to your new build house, you must be very happy for it, enjoy your new house. (4)Filippo(Italy), how nice to read your comment again, thanks for giving me a new information that a government would support to build a wood-made house by tax-cut.(4) Youssra(Egypt), Nice to meet you, it is precious of commenting, even a few words, thank you.
