Hello from Naheed
Hello This is Naheed from Pakistan!
Time really flies. It eems it was just yesterday that we participated in the open blogs and now we are again here. How have you been all and what have you been upto my friends (both old and new ones)? On my side, nothing much has happend, the whole year spent mostly in yoga and working as a yoga instructor. But the best part is that I have learnt a lot during my work and at the moment I am working with all the problems related to weight and preparing workouts for weight loss through yoga and along with that working as a private instructor in this regard too. Another best thing that has happend is that now I have a small kitten as a pet and it's changed my and everyone's way of thinking about animals in my home. All I can say is that this kitten is like one of our family members.
I can see my other blogmates have posted many interesting posts and I would like to say congratulations to Ana on passing her exams. Aninha, only sky is the limit. Anita, wish you good luck for embarking on your journey as a working woman.
So friends what are your plans for this Christmas and what gifts have you decided to give your children in Santa's sock or perhaps this time a lovely letter from your local postman.

Hi Naheed, We have never lost touch with each other since we found each other throughout Facebook but it's so refreshing to read your blog here.My son wants to have a pet but we are not sure he's old enough to look after it well.I don't want him to think a pet as a disposable toy. I don't feel in the mood for Christmas because I have got a nasty cold.I just want to shake off this horrible cold. Take good care of yourself
Hi Naheed, good to know about your activities with yoga. I don´t like pets.It seems like a family tradition. I will read again to find the clue.
Hi Naheed, I also like to keep a pet, but taking care of it is a bit difficult for me. It's good knowing about your yoga teaching. Take care and have fun.
Hi my dear Naheed, It's very nice to have you around here. I haven't bought any presents for Christmas yet. Time flies. I have a lot of things to do. Thank God I could set up the Christmas tree last Tuesday because it was a holiday here. I'm glad that you love your cat and now you can understand why people who have animals as pets feel them as family. See you soon, Cris

Hi Naheed! Thank you for your kind wishes. I have to also admit that Naheed is my life-saver. She has showed me some yoga exercise for my migraine headache. It makes me feel better since I have been practising them. Thanks a million. Take care!

Hello Naheed! Like I said to Kieran, I have not written my letter yet. We have not even planned our Xmas lunch. As usual, I think I will spend this holiday season with my immediate family and close friends. Great to hear from you. Have a good week ahead!!
