FAMILY PARTY, RELATIVE RELANTIONSHIPS, AND SO ON

Last week, Oscar and I attended my aunt’s 80th Birthday. It was overwhelming. Not only was the party very well organized regarding the food and the entertainment, but it was very emotional as well.

Why? Well, I had the opportunity to meet some cousins that I hadn’t seen for almost 20 years, so to speak.
What is very amazing is that they haven’t changed at all. You know, I have a big family from my father’s side and it’s quite difficult to see each other as often as we’d like to.

However, I’m always in touch with Claudia and Celia (my 2 cousins who are more sisters than cousins to me). Actually it was Celia’s mother’s Birthday (my aunt Nelly) and I have to admit that she took care of every detail of the party. You did a great job Celia! We all enjoyed it and had a good time.

I also have 2 godsons. One of them is Juan Pablo (the one that I brought up, you may remember him from my April Blog) and the other one is Pablo (Celia’s son).

Here is a picture of Pablo (Celia’s son) taken at the party.

There was Arabian music too and we all dance (I don’t know if you remember that I have Arabian roots).
Unfortunately, these are the only 2 pictures I have so far. If Celia sends me more I’ll upload them to you.

Friends, I love all of your comments both from the commentator side and the student blog. I don’t have time to answer to you now, sorry, but I read them all and appreciate it very much.

Hope you have a wonderful week. Mine will be a hectic one.

Much love,

Cris
